"I renewed my daughter's San Francisco renter insurance policy in March 2024 and then in May she decided to move. I contacted Crystal Tu at the Kennett insurance agency to inquire about transferring the policy to the new address. The policy was non-transferable and Crystal informed me that a prorated refund check would be issued. When I received the refund, the check was made out to my daughter and her former roommates who were long gone. I live in Colorado and depositing this refund was near impossible with 3rd party, out of state implications. Crystal was instrumental in helping me get the check reissued in my name.
